Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made at shop.hydrateyourpotential.ca, operated by 1073034 BC Ltd, doing business as Liquid Life ("Liquid Life", "we", "us" or "our").

All sales are final

Our products are packaged food and beverage items. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds for change of mind, taste preference, over-ordering or ordering the wrong item.

Damaged, defective or compromised orders

If your order arrives defective or damaged, or if any bottle is opened, broken, leaking or has a broken or tampered seal, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at chastity.bentham@salussafety.ca and include:

• your order number;
• clear photos of the affected bottle(s), the outer packaging and the shipping label; and
• a short description of the problem.

Please do not drink any product that is opened, leaking or has a broken seal.

We review every claim individually. After our investigation, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, a partial refund or a refund for the affected items. We do not accept physical returns of product unless we ask you to send it back. Claims made more than 7 days after delivery, or without the information requested above, may not be eligible.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the entire order was affected by our error.

Lost, stolen or undeliverable packages

Packages that are lost in transit, reported as delivered but not received, or returned because of an incorrect address are handled under our Shipping Policy.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription before your next billing date as described in our Subscription Cancellation Policy. Subscription deliveries that have already been billed and shipped are covered by this policy in the same way as one-time orders.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
