Cancellation policy

This Subscription Cancellation Policy applies to Liquid Life monthly subscriptions purchased at shop.hydrateyourpotential.ca, operated by 1073034 BC Ltd, doing business as Liquid Life.

How the subscription works

The Liquid Life Monthly Subscription delivers 2 cases (48 x 500 ml bottles) at the start of each month for $39.99 CAD per month, plus any applicable shipping and taxes. Your subscription renews automatically and your payment method is charged each month until you cancel.

Cancelling, pausing or skipping

You can cancel, pause or skip a delivery at any time from your customer account, or by emailing us at chastity.bentham@salussafety.ca. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment.

To avoid being charged for the next delivery, cancel before your next billing date. Cancellations made after a billing date take effect from the following cycle; the order already billed will still be shipped.

Refunds

Subscription payments are not refundable once the order has been billed, except where the order arrives damaged, defective or opened, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Price changes

If we change the subscription price, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the new price applies, and you may cancel before then.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you and may retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
